My Impact

Analyzed the existing quantitative data of Huawei's official account, interviewed and collected quantitative data from ten Huawei Ascend users.

Found out the low readership problem: overly professional content creates a high cognitive load for non-specialist readers, so it cannot attract this group of people, thus causing low readership (Before).

Proposed successful solutions to the problem (After) with 5000+ new subscribers.
Accomplishment
Non-professional users gain systematic knowledge of concepts in a fragment of time. The growth team agreed of this advertising strategy and intended to keep this illustrated storytelling as a reference template for the promotional articles as a regular push.
